Japanese Language
Ideal for children aged 18 months to 6 years old

We like to keep the pace of this session upbeat! For our youngest children we introduce very basic words with songs and movement, as well as a fun and varied range of visual aids and toys.

For older children we combine Japanese language study with introduction to basic reading/writing and a great deal of visual keys that help the children retain information. The entire session is conducted in Japanese BUT our teachers are expressive, outgoing and fully bilingual. They have a great approach to teaching and are able to pay close attention to each child’s needs – whilst offering lots of support, encouragement and sensible feedback.

Our preschool has its very own bilingual programme (for ages 3 to 4 years) and this session is designed as both ongoing support for children who are part of this programme, and is also an excellent choice for parents who are new to the school/have children enrolled elsewhere.
