Karate
Ideal for children aged 3 to 6 years old

Sam Gilbert, of the World Karate Organisation, takes children through basic karate forms, stance and postures. This is an incredibly popular class with GIRLS and boys, and has been running for many terms!

Sam (who is also a professional Physiotherapist), spends time working in synch with the group, who listen to instructions and concentrate on personal areas of strength.

The children learn to adopt an ‘I can’ attitude and karate is great for inspiring interest; even in children whose pace runs far away from the mainstream!!
