April has been with us for 4 years, and has stayed with us even though she has had another son since joining. April has worked solidly to ensure that our Upper School has developed for maximum benefit of the children, and she is also one of our most experienced teachers.
Although she continues to closely monitor the progress of the Bugs group, she takes over a new role at the school, which will include a great deal of focus on personnel, assessments and training, as well as curriculum development and student/class observation.
April is a soft and gentle person with the children’s best interests at the very fore of her mind. She is also an excellent motivator, whose’ ability to develop teachers’ skills make her the perfect person for this position. Alongside David, she will support the team and ensure that planning and curriculum growth can be carried out effectively. |
