At Tspace we have a refreshingly open approach to education; superb curriculum and materials, unusual theme studies and an environment like no other. Amazingly dedicated teachers deliver beautifully planned lessons - delivered in an upbeat style that the children adore!

Tspace began when children from our Mother & Child classes reached an age when they were confident enough to spend time away from their parents. That was 5 years ago and now our school is recognized as one of the best in Tokyo - and possibly one of the only schools that pay such huge attention to the development of the 'whole child'.

Our multiple intelligence curriculum nurtures skills for the little explorer, artist, musician and investigative learner in every child. Children can join directly from our Kspace Mother & Child classes; or enroll at any stage from outside. Children joining us in their later years will receive the very best loving care and attention, in order to settle nicely in our groups. Our preschool Caterpillar Class (14 months to 2 yrs) flows through to our Big Bug Class (4 to 6 years) seamlessly. Our curriculums have been tailor-made to guide our children gently from one exciting developmental phase to the next.

Our Tspace age groups are;

Caterpillar - 14 months ~ 2 years

Chrysalis - 2 years ~ 3 years

Butterfly - 3 years ~ 4 years

Big Bugs - 4 years ~ 6 years

All age groups enjoy full use of our amazing school Classes including Music and Movement, Arts and Crafts, Gym Time, Early Literacy, Peer Massage are amongst our daily timetable.

Throughout the year we often welcome parents along to join us at special events. We hope that working parents get every opportunity to visit to, and ensure that we have our fare share of gatherings to entertain one and all - and keep you in touch with your children's progress. In keeping with our overall philosophy Tspace is not a school that requires a lot from our mothers. We appreciate that parents must be free to participate at will and our extra curricula activities are refreshingly lacking in red tape!

Children enjoy trips to the nature park, picnics and much fun in our school year; upper school children have plenty of opportunity to enjoy events out - with and without parental attendance. At the end of term all children have special parties and some cultural days and festivities are naturally celebrated too.

Tspace is open nearly all year round! Unlike other schools we tend not to close for National Holidays and all major holidays open the way to special sessions at the school (Winter School, Summer School and Spring Break), when our Tspace children are given priority placing.

Tspace children are VERY happy children, who learn at their own pace and still produce simply excellent results!
